1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Shenzhen Zhenghe Intelligent Control Co., Ltd. 2. Product Specifications & Customization

We strive to display specific product information (datasheets, 3D models) as accurately as possible. However:

• The colors, dimensions, and details of the products you see on the Site may differ slightly from the physical equipment.
• Technical parameters for the ZHR-H and ZHR-P series are subject to continuous improvement. We reserve the right to modify specifications without prior notice.
• Customized products (non-standard torque, speed, or interfaces) are subject to separate master service agreements and are generally non-refundable once production begins.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned by or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

"Xiaomi" and "CyberGear" are registered trademarks of Xiaomi Corporation. Their use on this website is solely for product identification and descriptive purposes. Shenzhen Zhenghe Intelligent Control Co., Ltd. operates as an independent solution provider, sourcing authentic components to support our customers' robotic applications.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

For B2B transactions, our liability is strictly limited to the value of the goods supplied, as defined in the specific purchase contract.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of People's Republic of China. Shenzhen Zhenghe Intelligent Control Co., Ltd. and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Shenzhen, China shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
